This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of StyxRyvr. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of StyxRyvr without express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by StyxRyvr. You may not use any StyxRyvr logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
All stickers on StyxRyvr are free; users just pay $3.99 for
shipping and handling to cover the cost of the stamp, envelope, and
people working here.
StyxRyvr stickers come in a variety of
shapes of sizes. The approximate shape and dimensions of each sticker
can be found in the "View this Sticker" window for that sticker.
We strive to provide only the highest quality and coolest
stickers around. The stickers on StyxRyvr, which are provided to us
by the respective brands themselves, are typically made of
high-quality vinyl with U.V. protective coating and have a lifespan of
3 to 7 years. Most stickers are fit for outdoor use, so go ahead and
stick them on your board, helmet, dog, laptop, etc.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders made on StyxRyvr are typically processed in 24-48 hours, but
may take up to 7 business days to process. We mail stickers via
United States Postal Service standard mail. Once shipped, an order
typically takes 2-9 days to arrive.
Please allow 14 days for
your order to arrive. If you have not received your order within 14
days, please contact us at: support@styxryvr.com and well make
sure that you get your stickers.
StyxRyvr currently ships only
to United States addresses.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our stickers move pretty fast! Since our inventory can fluctuate
throughout the day, a sticker indicated as "in-stock" when you
place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event,
we will make every effort to contact you by e-mail to notify you that
your one or more of your stickers is out-of-stock.
Depending on
the company providing the sticker, the sticker may never be available
on our website again. Thats the exciting part of hunting for free
stickers on StyxRyvr. If a sticker you ordered is out of stock, your
order may be canceled or you may be given the option to substitute
another sticker or fill the order without the out-of-stock sticker. If
you cancel your order, we will void the transaction or issue a refund
if your cardit card was charged for your shipping and handling
costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, and the credit card authorized, you cannot cancel your order.
REFUND POLICY
If an error is made on our end in filling your order, you may return the stickers for a full refund. If no error is made, once an order is shipped and received, we do not provide refunds for the $3.99 shipping cost. The stickers mailed by StyxRyvr are "as-is" without any guarantee. By completing an order with StyxRyvr, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a sticker is mistakenly listed as available for ordering, StyxRyvr Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed that is unavailable. StyxRyvr Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, StyxRyvr Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the appropriate amount.
TERM, TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by StyxRyvr Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
